You agree to uphold the integrity, inclusivity, and values of the community. You agree to take personal responsibility for your well-being and conduct during all GDS activities. This includes:

• Treating all members with respect, dignity, and consent.
• No harassment, hate speech, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.
• Respect all gender identities, expressions, body types, and subcultures within the alt/goth community.

Violations of this code may result in suspension or removal from the society without refund.

By attending events, participating in photo shoots, and entering any GDS space, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
• The GDS and its organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property during events, meetups, or photo sessions.
• You understand that fog machines, flashing lights, loud music, may be used at events and should notify staff in advance if you have health concerns (e.g., epilepsy, asthma).

If alcohol is provided or consumed at an event, you agree to: 

• Drink responsibly.
• Disruptive or intoxicated behavior may result in immediate removal from the event and possible membership termination.

• By attending events or photo shoots, you consent to being photographed or recorded in public areas.
• These images/videos may be used for promotional purposes on social media, website content, and marketing.
• If you wish not to be photographed, please notify us at check-in and wear the provided indicator.

• Some events and conversations may be intimate, personal, or creative in nature. Members are expected to respect the privacy of others.
• Do not share private details without consent.
• This is a space for self-expression. Don’t ruin it for others.

• Membership is billed monthly and may be canceled at any time.
• No refunds will be given for missed events, removal due to misconduct, or unused benefits.
• Membership perks, prices and access are subject to change as the club evolves.

I confirm that:

• I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms above.
• I release The GDS and its representatives from any liability related to my participation.
• I understand that failure to follow these terms may result in the revocation of my membership without refund.
